In order to provide first-rate service to our clients, we have established the following rules. Please be advised that we do not allow:
Other activities, whether lawful or unlawful, that we determine to be harmful
to our clients, operations, or reputation.
You are responsible for ethical use of the network connectivity provided by
Waschi Design.
You indemnify Waschi Design for any loss suffered by reason of improper use
of the Internet connection and will compensate anyone harmed by any abusive
use of the Internet connection.
Waschi Design will make every effort to provide an uninterrupted server connection; however we do not warrant that the server connection will be error free or uninterrupted. We perform full monthly and daily incremental back-ups; however, Waschi Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost data, information, or profits) sustained or incurred in connection with lost data. To ensure your data will not be lost, we recommend that you back up all files as well.
In consideration for the privilege of using Waschi Design's hosting service, you hereby release Waschi Design from any and all claims of any nature arising from the use, or inability to use, the server connection.
Waschi Design will not review materials on our server as a matter of course, but if it comes to our attention that you are hosting material that violates our Terms of Service, we will investigate and take action. We reserve the right to review any material stored in files or programs to which other users have access, and will remove any material that we believe may be unlawful, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to immediately close any account that violates our Terms of Service.
Waschi Design reserves the right to deny access to anyone at our sole discretion base on the information provided above.
We will not provide service to known spammers or to anyone who has provided known false information when opening their account. We require full current contact information from our clients, including an ISP email address and a valid street address. Due to their association with spam and spammers, free "throw-away" email addresses, postal mail box addresses are not acceptable. We also require that your domain name is registered to a legitimate person or business, and that the contact information matches the contact information you use to open your account, or that you provide written proof that you are authorized to open an account for this domain name.
Waschi Design reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this service agreement at any time without notice except that given on our web site. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may cancel your account.
That said, we will do our best to provide fast, excellent service for all our Terms of Service abiding customers!
Privacy Statement
Waschi Design highly respects your privacy and strives to protect it.
We collect information about your identity, such as your name, address, email
address, and other basic contact and billing information in order to be able
to serve and bill you properly. We require that you submit this information
accurately in order to open a hosting account. This is to protect you, our other
clients, our network, and our business.
We consider your contact, billing, and registration data confidential information.
We do not sell, rent, or lease this information.
We will only disclose this information only as necessary for the conduct of
our business or as required by law. We may disclose this information to protect
and defend our network or to cooperate with authorized agencies in the investigation
of possible criminal activity. In addition, our subcontractors, agents, upstream
providers, credit agencies or other representatives may have access to this
information to perform their jobs.
